Here is the feedback from my cousin: I just picked them up yesterday. I had them shipped from Houston to Austin. Check to see if they charged you because they did not charge me. I will pay the difference and any storage fee. But they said no bill.?? I could not make Houston happen, so I finally just asked them to put them on a bus. Chairs were in great condition as was the box. The guys at the pick up helped me move the box and get the chairs into the car. Very nice" Thanks much,Elaine
