The client at that location said it could not go into neutral and it had to be lifted/could not be pushed onto truck. The help offered at that location by the customer also was not availiable. The customer in Cleveland also had a very small time frame for pick up that could not be scheduled. I regret not being able to ship these items. But the information given was to limited at time of qoute for shipment.
