A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Ljshipping did not reach me as per schedule. They did not even get in touch with me to inform their non-show. It was extremely frustrating to call their number and not get a reply. They got in touch with me the next day on 16th November afternoon to inform about a trailer breakdown however by then I had already scheduled someone else. I found them quiet unreliable. We have mutually agreed to cancel this order and receive the deposit back from uship.
