Shipper seems like a nice enough person, she just does not comprehend the complexities of the request she is making on TSP's. Shipper booked first and tried to explian afterward because she is under the gun and must move the item quickly. I was told to look first and see if I could do it, if not cancel. The item being shipped is a $16000.00 four poster bed that requires more than a little work to disassemble/reassemble. I went
