The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I placed a Book it now on this shipment as time was important. I had one bid for $460 and was entertaining accepting. My BIN was $450. Before I could accept it verosports accepted the book it now and stated that they would pick up the boat on 11-4-2009 and deliver on the 11th. After numerous calls and different stories the shipper failed to provide the service he stated. This shipment has to be in Kent, WA before the 13th as it is an item that is shipping overseas. I am NOT happy about this.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I will be brief and to the point- I accepted his bid, paid the deposit and never heard from this person again. I have emailed no less than 10 times and have called 2 different phone numbers at least 5 times each... Those are the facts.. I don't know why people like this are allowed to bid on Uship shipments? This really messed me up with my buyer

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved i cannot believe you guys waited till today the day of the pick up to tell me you were canceling. i stayed in town specifically for this, had you told me on friday i could have continued on my weekend plans and would not even be in las vegas. its takes 3-4 days to get here from florida so you guys new you weren't coming since friday at least. please advise. i didnt take other bids because you guys hit the book it now. i think this is completely unfair.

A schedualing conflict caused me to be unable to meet at the aranged time for the pick up. The customer was given the opportunity to reschedual and chose not.

That is not true, showed up to a trailor that was not towable and is no relisted as trailor being repaired. cost me out of pocket to go after the boat and was lied tow about the condition of the trailor shipment was in a boat graveyard and not the picture of the shipment

Brian had the best bid and he did a great job both transporting my boat and accomodating my schedule. I will use him anytime for any transportation/shipment needs that I may have in the future! He was very reliable and trustworthy. I was over 3 hours late meeting him at our destination due to a delayed flight, yet he was very understanding and patient. Brian went over and beyond what was required for him! I truely appreciate his help and flexability throughout this shipment. Thanks again Brian!
