After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer BEWARE!! Any Hauler that hauls for this person please beware! They first call me an attempt to renegotiate the price because they think they can haul it else where cheaper after we made a deal on Ushp.. Then they want to track it like a Fedex package(Which I told them I do update my tracking on Uship, Or they could call me for an update if they would Like)... No less, Now I get a Cancellation request???!!!?! I mean Really? Look at the several Hundred satisfied customers! Good Luck to you!

Mike, this is extremely unfair for you to claim we renegotiated with you. We paid the security deposit, then we tried contacting you for 2 weeks with no response on phone or email. So then we cancelled, and that is when you suddenly called. I'm sorry we didn't feel comfortable going with you.

Eric and Vanessa were great, I have to give it to Vanessa she really did a great job on packing and having everything ready for us when we arrived. Eric paid as we agreed once we got to L.A. I would and will ship for them again, Good luck in L.A. Thanks for the business

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We received and accepted a bid from a service provider for the services of moving a leather couch from FL to CA. Once accepted, we paid the security deposit (roughly $90) and were given approx. dates when he would pick up the item and deliver it. Using his contact information we have since emailed several times for two weeks now and called, leaving a bunch of voice-mails, to try and confirm the pick-up date and location for the couch. He has not responded once, and the pick-up period was sup

I highly recommend shipping with Mike. Not only is he very efficient, but he is easy to reach and regularly posts tracking updates on uship. He took special care to wrap a few items for us and was flexible to our shipment changing in the days prior to pick-up. We couldn't be happier with his service. Mike's a true professional.
