No Detailed Feedback Available In this case the shippers damaged the shipment. They did not have the refrigerator "blanket wrapped" as they comitted in their bid. There were several places where the refrigerator was dented and some of them very bad. Unfortunately they did not use the foam or blanket and the top of the refrigerator even got depressed because of the tight holding rope. Good people to deal with though.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was notified the morning of pick up, completely leaving me stuck an unable to relist in time for when my company arrives. Wish you could've notified me last night when you knew the truck left. Not only did I take time off work on the delivery end, but so did the pick up end...so 2 people who missed work to find out the morning of pick up....unreal.
