The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Providers USHIP account was suspended, After excepting their bid. Provider would not return phone calls regarding shippment.

During the initial phone conversation John said he would pick up on the sept 2, at a later conversation john changed that date to sept 3, when paper work delayed john from picking up the boat by 2 hours John claimed that he could not wait, the 2 hours.
