There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Der Spediteur hat einen offenen Transport angeboten, bucht jedoch einen Transport auf eigener Achse ein. Dies akzeptiere ich nicht.

Wir haben in unserem Angebot von vornherein einen Transport auf eigener Achse angeboten, der vom Kunden nicht gewünscht wurde. Die Stornierung geht somit in Ordnung

Wir verweisen auf unser u-ship Profil. Hier ist deutlich sichtbar, daß wir uns als Dienstleister verstehen. Wir können nicht alle Transporte mit eigenen Fahrzeugen abwickeln. Auf das Angebot haben wir einen Preis abgegeben und sind auch bereit diesen Transport wie angeboten auszuführen. Wo soll hier der Betrug liegen?
