Not only did they do this once, but twice. Told me on both dates they were on the way from Chicago. The third time I called them, I was informed the truck was in the shop ??? Poor communication. Will not use again.

They were a no call and no show. I had to call them to see why they didn't show. At that point he said his truck had been down. So he told me he was coming when he couldn't have anyway. I would not tr ust this carrier now.No communication. I had to call them both times.

Response from RedRamCDLTrans: A neat company that buys Jeeps with right hand steering from Japan and sell them to our mail carriers in the U.S. They had someone there to help with loading if needed and were a joy to work with. They are also home builders so we have that in common. Us builders have to survive somehow. Hope to haul for them in the future. Thanks so much, Paul
