The driver communicated well. The neutral is due to the dispatcher who has no customer service skills and should not be relied on for any truthful or proactive information. The experience would be fine without the dispatcher. He never once explained why certain delays happened even though they were legitimate once I heard from the driver. Wrong person for the job.
