The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was told that Michael was in the hospital. He did not pick up the load when scheduled and on the 3rd day I was finally able to contact someone who told me of his hospitalization.. I need a refund and I may re list then.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After providing provider with certain dates that unit needed to be secured and delivered the provided failed to achieve. Tried to contact provider to see what was going on and was unable to reach and would not return phone calls.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time usatransport1 could not make my delivery per Michael Wesolowski. I found another provider and he delivered my trailer as we agreed in a timely manner. I would like my entire $800.00 back, no credit. I'm a little upset that usatransport1's problem became my problem. Thank you Monard Miller Response from usatransport1: 1st I never got paid! This was a Uship payment. Uship does NOT release the payment until the shipment is complete. Thanks to Richard S who canceled the Crawford generator to CA leaving everyone in a bind. I had no choice but to cancel. I advised Monard this could happen if I couldn't locate a load to CA. These last cancellations that effect me were all because of one guy.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment When I booked this shipment. Mike promised there would be no issues. Then he stopped returning my calls. Then he cancelled. He lied when he said there would be no issues and left me hanging out to dry. I now have no time to find a new transporter. I am 100% disappointed in UShip and First New England. If you agree to a shipment you need to follow through. Response from usatransport1: Thanks to Richard S who canceled the Crawford generator to CA leaving everyone in a bind. I had no choice but to cancel. I advised George this could happen if I couldn't locate a load to CA where I had a pick up to CO to get his unit. I emailed him a week ago and he said lets go forward thinking I could get a load. These last cancellations that effect me were all because of one guy. I provide an excellent service read my feedback. Uship allows shippers to cancel on the service provider.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Sceduling conflict that could not be resolved. Merchant was not able to complete the shipment on the originally agreed upon date and due to ALL arrangements being made around the Merchant, we were forced to hire another company when the Merchant stated they would not be available on that date. Response from usatransport1: THIS GUY DID NOT WORK WITH ME. HE STATED IN THE Q&A THAT A PICK UP ON SAT WOULD BE FINE. HE THEN CHANGES HIS MIND SAYING ONLY FRIDAY WOULD WORK. NEVER ONCE WOULD HE RETURN A CALL. HE CANCELED BECAUSE HE EMAILED AND SAID IT WAS HIS WAY OR NO WAY. I COULD HAVE BEEN THERE ON MY STATED TIME FRAME.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the buyer for this equipment threatened to cancel unless delivered immediately. We had to find another shipper who could pick it up right away. Response from usatransport1: THIS SHIPPER STATED HE FOUND A CHEAPER WAY TO SHIP AND CANCELLED ON ME. AFTER I BOOKED ANOTHER JOB IN CA. HE HAS PUT ME IN A HUGE BIND.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The Service provider has refused to complete the contract. The service provider agreed to move an RV for me from Denmark ME to Lamoine ME. After speaking with the owner of the RV the provider express concerns to me about needing the slideouts put in. I went onsite to the unit and tried to close the slideouts but was unsucessful. At that time I told the provider that I believed the project was not going to work, Since he could not move the unit with the slideouts out. He convinced me not to cance Response from usatransport1: My impeccable feedback from other shippers all over the country speaks in volumes. Shipper mislead and deceived my company to believe this was a RV when it was a Mobile Home. My Company NEVER refused to complete the contract because the was impossible to even move considering in't NOT a travel trailer as shipper stated. I spent 12 hours going to this site because he cancelled my scheduled pick up date when I was in the area. So I had much added and needless expense to do this job!
