Highly recommended. This was a last second shipment and they were more than helpful. Pick up was on time as well as delivery. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The shipper knew on 10/16/07 that he would not make the scheduled time and date of delivery that HE sat for 10/19/07 at 6:00-6:00am. He told the pickup point person that, but he refused to tell me, and he refused to answer the e-mails that I sent to him Thursday asking if everything went all right with the pick up and confirming the delivery date and time again. The e-mails were delivered to his address, verified. I talked with him at 6:30 am this morning via phone. He lied to me throughout

Response from usaka: You are the liar we never received your email we have been on the road for last 5 days why didnt you just call like other customers I have always been able to reach via phone this is a driving job we dont sit in front of a computer.We could have pick this up this morning and had to you by 2:30 p.m with a lost to us but you choose to cancel we guarntee days not time we dont know what we will encounter from state to state we are driving 1000's of miles not around your town.

The job was done beyond my satisfaction. Communicated very well concerning the shipment and dealt with a difficult customer with the drop off and pick up of the shipment.
