The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Item was not on a pallet, tried to get a pallet made locally, could not be done, weight too heavy,I went and picked it up myself. 22 hr round trip. Please refund the $80.00 you charged my card.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I tried multiple times to arrange pickup of my items but shipper became unresponsive. They would not even send me an invoice to pay which I requested at least 3 times.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We received a notice from U-ship that this shipper has been suspended. We still tried to contact them and they were to pick up shipment Friday and did not. They were supposed to pick shipment up today and did not hear from them. We left a message to call on Friday and we did not receive a return call. Do not feel comfortable shipping with this trucking company.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider My boss does not want to pay in full to the shipper because uship has suspended there account and we are standing by waiting to see the turnout------until then we would like to deal with a shipper who has an account with u-ship or find out why this shipper was suspended in order to possibly decide wether or not to rebook-----
