Very good communication. They were on top of everything and if there was a problem, they took care of it immediately. Very smooth transaction. Nothing was broken or damaged in shipping either. Would definitely use them again.

My experience with this organization has been nothing but positive,and excellent. The driver was great,ez going curteous.Prompt.Excellent. Communication was terrific. Delivered the shipment with in time specified. An organziation this big,and a organization that handles this large amount of shippments and carriers is bound to have some negativity,AND!!!!! Ill guarantee that it hasmore to do with the people shipping and not the trucking firms such as this organization.. Very Happy

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We received a notice from U-ship that this shipper has been suspended. We still tried to contact them and they were to pick up shipment Friday and did not. They were supposed to pick shipment up today and did not hear from them. We left a message to call on Friday and we did not receive a return call. Do not feel comfortable shipping with this trucking company.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider My boss does not want to pay in full to the shipper because uship has suspended there account and we are standing by waiting to see the turnout------until then we would like to deal with a shipper who has an account with u-ship or find out why this shipper was suspended in order to possibly decide wether or not to rebook-----
