The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the shipping was suppose to take place on 3/19/2010 and did not shipper informed me that they didnt have a truck with a lift gate that the truck they had with the lift gate broke me and the seller couldnt do it on the next available date which would of been on monday so we no longer need his service we could only do it on 3/19 now we have to wait til i can do the shipping abgain i am requesting a refund since no service was provided and was not picked up as agreed on 3/19/2010 i did contact uni Response from uniontransport: THIS SHIPPER POSTED BUSSINESS TO BUSSINESS FIND OUT ITS A RESIDENT PICK UP SO INSTEAD OF A FRIDAY PICK UP OUR RESIDENT TRUCK WAS THERE ON MONDAY HE TURNED THE TRUCK AWAY HE TRIED TO GET A CHEAPER RATE BY POSTING BUSSINESS TO BUSSINESS AND USHIPS SURPORTS HIM ON THIS

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This provider stated that they could not find a driver that would take the item if it was not "bound" to a pallet, even though I've had more than 6 transactions in the past where this was not the case. Response from uniontransport: the common carrier would not take a machine lose not on a skid insurance will not cover this simple put it on a pallet and it moved or crate it if not it will get dammaged thanks we tried to help

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was informed at 12:45PM on the day the shipment was to be picked up that they were not able to schedule a truck. This was a time critical shipment and waiting until this time is inexcusable. Response from uniontransport: the show in florida needed a union carrier had one but they were not ready for a pick up carriers dont like to go to trade shows could be there all day waiting for unloading and loading and told them this wont do bussiness with this customer no longer

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After I gave them more than a week to pick up the merchndise, they've been telling me their going to pick it up in the following days and they even sent me a time pick up. I kept telling my customer the truck is on their way and now have been telling me the truck is broke and don't know when another truck is available,they have been giving me all kind of excuses. Which disappoints me and made me believe that they can ship anywhere but they can't. I need to cancel and do not recommend anyone to u Response from uniontransport: He is correct there was a delay in picking up his freight, we found a carrier to be in between 2-3pm, and he wanted it earlier and there was no way we could have gotten the carrier there earlier, he was dropping another load.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This is a continuation of prior negative feedback left for this shipper. Although the shipper's phone system recording says their representatives are on the line, and despite multiple attempts to speak with someone, I have been unable to reach the shipper and they have not returned my calls nor updated us on the status of this delayed shipment. It is now more than 65 hours since the originally scheduled pickup time. Response from uniontransport: we work in an office and not from our house we are closed on saturday and sunday thats what real shipping companies do work in an office sorry if we didnt answer our phone on the weekends

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The shipping co could not supply me a truck as needed and now i have a very upset customer. Ciaiming 1000 truck does not get the job done. Now i will have to find another co at a much higher price if i don,t lose my contract. This could cost me 250,000 in business a year. Response from uniontransport: we had a truck when he wanted one moving 48,000 not many carriers want to handle this kind of weight he canceled the truck because of rain i hard to find carriers to handle his needs sorry

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The Provider conceals fact it is not a trucking company, has no trucks, no equipment and no drivers. The Provider appears to be a broker which deliberately submits very low bids to control the shipping listing, and then tries to locate a trucker who, after deduction of broker commission, would take the job at an impossibly low price.
The Provider has consistently engaged in this deceitful behavior in other U-Ship listing of Shipper, again with very low job bid and no equipment, truck or dr Response from uniontransport: the customer when he posted a job did not tell anyone he needs ramps and also said needs a tow truck a site look at his listing he left all inportant info because he new it would cost more
