To start off the transaction they came with a self loading truck to pick up a pallet and they did not have a pallet jack. I have never ran into a company without a pallet jack on a self loading truck. It wasn't the end of the world but it was delayed 1 week. When I received the shipment it was damaged due to carelessness on the fork truck drivers part so I filed a claim and UTW filed one through Vitran. Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward this is so unture and fishie we called this fellow and asked when it would be ready and we made several attemps to move this he was avoiding the question thats because he found soeone cheaper and uship should investergate and flag him

check these frauds feedback. They bid low then try to find someone to move it. Complete fakes. horrible communication. This was finally moved within 1 day of me disputing (and winning by the way) with uship. Just check their feedback. It worried me a bit but took the chance. Dont do the same. Unprofessional, no communication, and sounds like they are running out of a home office with random people bidding. beware.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We had a truck scheduled to pick up today between 2-3pm, customer was not happy with that, because of the delay in the shipment he wanted it sooner. There was no way the carrier could have been there any earlier he was dropping a load off prior.

as i recall i accepted the bid under the belief that it would be picked up the next day, and then i received a phone call saying that they couldn't do it, after a few days later they called saying they could pick up within the next 2 days. after the 2 days they didnt show up, then they called and reschedule for another pickup in the afternoon i gave them 5 days and then "their truck broke down" this is just irresponsible and because of this i cancelled the bid i will never work with them again.

Your bid stated: "Service Provider will pick up within 1 day of booking." You failed to pick up the shipment withing 1 day of booking. In fact, you failed to pick up the shipment within 4 days of booking. UShip's User Agreement states: "16. Transportation. You must legally be able to transport the shipments you bid on...If you bid on any shipment and your bid is accepted by the shipping customer, you are obligated to perform the services offered in your bid at the accepted bid price."

Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward we had this ready for pick up he refuse the truck because of the weather. not many carriers want to take 48,000 lbs over weight shipment far and few between had one but he refused because of rain

They never told me they had a truck ready. I did tell them to hold off because of rain. The load has been shipped many times before and never been over weight. If someone bids on a load they should be ready to follow through. Richard

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the shipping was suppose to take place on 3/19/2010 and did not shipper informed me that they didnt have a truck with a lift gate that the truck they had with the lift gate broke me and the seller couldnt do it on the next available date which would of been on monday so we no longer need his service we could only do it on 3/19 now we have to wait til i can do the shipping abgain i am requesting a refund since no service was provided and was not picked up as agreed on 3/19/2010 i did contact uni

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After I gave them more than a week to pick up the merchndise, they've been telling me their going to pick it up in the following days and they even sent me a time pick up. I kept telling my customer the truck is on their way and now have been telling me the truck is broke and don't know when another truck is available,they have been giving me all kind of excuses. He is correct there was a delay in picking up his freight, we found a carrier to be in between 2-3pm, and he wanted it earlier and there was no way we could have gotten the carrier there earlier, he was dropping another load.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This is a continuation of prior negative feedback left for this shipper. Although the shipper's phone system recording says their representatives are on the line, and despite multiple attempts to speak with someone, I have been unable to reach the shipper and they have not returned my calls nor updated us on the status of this delayed shipment. It is now more than 65 hours since the originally scheduled pickup time.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The shipping co could not supply me a truck as needed and now i have a very upset customer. Ciaiming 1000 truck does not get the job done. Now i will have to find another co at a much higher price if i don,t lose my contract. This could cost me 250,000 in business a year.
