DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! I paid $187.00 down then a week later the bike wasn't ready to be picked up. They said no problem they go to that area all the time then they asked me to send the balance certified check over night. A week later the bike is ready to be picked up,Now that they are paid in full they said they are not going by there for two or three weeks so I should get someone else with no refund! Nice people they are! Great Bussiness they got. Tifton Police are checking into this robbery

He mad us wait over a week and a half, when he said it was ready we start up that way to get it but then found out it was not ready. We were out $300 in Fuel. When we told him that it was going to be about 2 more weeks before we would be in the area he said that was not acceptable, we said we would refund him half of his payment because we do not refund money if the shipper is the one that cancels without a good reason. This person is very pushy and wants his things when he cant get them.

provider couldn't be here on time to pick up my shipment at the time listed on my bid. im very disappointed that they would bid on my shipment when my dates were clearly listed. now i have less than a week left to find someone to move my apartment. i really really dont want to use an insanely expensive and sketchy freight company.

We did not have time to answer her question about pickup time before she accepted out bid. It is her own fault that she only has less then a week to find a shipper. I told her right away (same day) that we were going to have to do a cancellation. She should have listed her shipment longer in advance. We are not and expensive or sketchy company, she needs to ask more questions before accepting a bid. Sorry this did not work out. Hope you can find a shipper before the 16ht.
