Rating: Cancellation Left by: SHS (51 ) On: 8/27/2008 For: 36" unpacked ceramic cooktop	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Was informed could pickup on highway after 4:30 PM not before turned out the shipper would only meet on highway at his convenience can't plan around a time I have not been informed of even now also still haven't been given a address to even pickup at the person shipping didn't even know it.Sorry it didn't work out better planning on the shippers part would help allot.

She always came through with what she said. Freight arrived in perfect condition. We will use Bohn Transport again.

Hauler assumed that shipper could meet him anytime in Louisville, by I-65; but shipper could only meet him in Louisville when he was going to work. Schedule conflict.
