The driver had two jobs to do 1: pick up cars 2: Pick up my titles i made it so clear that the cars must have the titles with them so i can import them into canada! The driver left the titles back at the auction house costed me hundreds when my driver showed up at the borded to pick up the cars and no title was there. VERY UNHAPPY DUE TO THIS!
Response from headman:
TOTALLY DISAGREE: The Auction did not release the titles for the driver because the customer failed to notify the Auction to release the titles for the driver. Contacted customer several times but no response as the customer had travelled out of the country and the customer did not leave any instructions for the Auction to release the titles. Our driver was stranded at the drop off location for 24hrs as the customer was no where to be found. We lost money due to the delay.
