I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Hi,
My bid for a car was accepted on May 5th 2013 and as of this date June 13th no one has ever contacted me or the person from which I bought the car. It was agreed the car was to be picked up between 5/9/2013 and 5/25/2013 and delivered between the same time frame. I have called 7-8 times sent e-mails and all go unanswered. My credit card was charged 478.99 am I to assume I will receive a full refund since zero service was provided? This has been very disappointing and a major inconvenience.

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I received an email on Saturday April 14th with a question if it is ok for me if someone will pick up the car from my home address on April 15th or 16th. I was out of town and I responded by saying yes for April 16th not 15th. I recieved another email this morning (15th) stating that they came to pick up the car and no one was home. I responded to this email from Allen (txhorns86@yahoo.com) at 11:35 am and i explained that I chose April 16th not 15th. No one called me and my number is 3152897900

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time i was told it would be picked up 12/28, was not no communication with these people, i promised it would be picked up 1/2/13 with out storage charges, don't want to depend on someone all ready let me down, i'm going to drive a driver out myself new years day, so i know it is done

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I did contact the service provider and he responded to my notice of cancellation. I also told him that if and when I can get my schedule set up again that I will contact him to try to set up another schedule for my shipment. I do not understand why he would say he has been unable to contact me unless he lost my contact information. I still have the same e-mail address and telephone numbers. When I can reschedule my shipment if he doesn't want to accept it, that's ok.
