2010 Dodge Ram 1-ton power unit set up to haul 5th wheel and bumper pull trailers, travel trailers, boats with trailers, etc. anywhere in the U.S. I have a 48' goose neck flatbed with dovetail and a 53' 3 car wedge trailer. I have 20 plus years of commercial experience operating 1-ton units to 18 wheeler rigs. I am also in the process of adding a couple more trucks and drivers to the company due to the daily increase in requests for our services. I am the owner AND one of the operators. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to occur and I felt at ease with Jeff in possession of my vehicle. The seller noted his professionalism and attention to detail when he arrived to pickup the vehicle. Unfortunately, there were complications with another shipment at the same time mine was to be delivered, which caused the delivery to be rescheduled 3 different times. Which ultimately resulted in delivery of the vehicle 3 days late.

hauled at a "no rush" price, Paul had no problem saying there was no rush on the delivery. he was kept informed on every step, he was fine with it until time to leave feedback. next time maybe he will pay for rush service and his can be the only item the transporter carries, then it can be rush delivery.

Jeff is a pleasure to do business with: competent, professional, a good communicator, and reasonably priced. Being able to track my shipment on his gps page was a real benefit. It helped me to schedule my time accurately. I was very impressed with the care and attention he paid to securing my load on his trailer. I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Vehicle issues. Truck will be going in the shop again and will not come out until everything is resolved. So I cannot give any kind of estimated time frame on when I might could get to this shipment. I have been dealing with this problem for over a year and no matter how long it takes this time, it stays in the shop until all problems are fixed. Therefore my entire business is on hold, indefinitely, until that happens.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer waited til time for pickup to inform me that I would be responsible for paying $360 to have the boat unloaded. This after he changed the destination to a further location in a different state. His auction did not state that load/unload fees would be the responsibility of the transporter and he did not state that he would be changing the destination. I offered to go ahead and take care of this shipment, but because of circumstances it would need to be delayed. Apparently he declines
