Service Provider was unable to reach customer after a reasonable period of time I had spoke with the secretary. She advised they could not get to the delivery until the following week. Nobody's fault, just bad timing for me.

Well, this was a book it now feature, which we have had several problems with. By the time the customer returned our call, he had found someone else, even though we had accepted the bid. The book it now feature needs some renovation to be an effective tool for USHIP. We do not Cancel on our customers.

I had a motorcycle shipped from NC to TX. Shipment took approximately 4 days to get here. The price was fair and the delivery was quick. The people were easy to work with and my motorcycle was delieved in excellent condition.
