There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The listing reflected a pickup location that was incorrect. This was not noticed until after the bid was accepted. Therefore the cancellation is not due to transporter being incompetent.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped per exchange below with Molly.
Hi Jim,
Thanks for the message and I apologize for the delay. When you put in a request for cancellation, you can request a full refund to your credit card once the cancellation is complete. It is usually our policy to refund 10% of it as uShip credit, but we can make an exception in the interest of customer satisfaction. You will still need to put in a cancellation request before we can refund you that money though. Please let me know if you have any more questi

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Israel contacted me and said he would not be able to ship my bike because of conflicts with the dates. He was out of state at the time when he received my bid. Israel said he would not be able to ship it till some time in April and that will not work for me. I would like to get my bike much earlier than that. I was suppose to receive my bike around March 17. I would appreciate a prompt refund of 485.98 to my account do to his cancellation.
Thank You
pastor Jim Howard Response from twowheelsfutureuncertain: Jim's amiable attitude was much appreciated. He was completely understanding of the fact that the bid indicated that pickup could only be exacted on the 11th of March. Since the bid was accepted on March 16th I was already in Indiana, several hundred miles from the bike's point of origin in Florida.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The carrier decided not to honor our pickup agreement. He didn't bother to call me to let me know..I had to call him. The carrier told me over the phone that my crappy old bike wasn't worth his time..This is the lousiest service that I have ever experienced. I want my refund please Response from twowheelsfutureuncertain: In fairness I attempted, ad-nauseum, to explain the reason I could not make the delivery. Adam insisted on continually insulting me, eventually I ceded my efforts to talk sense and sarcastically wished him luck in shipping his bloody hurricane.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Israel has been super to work with. There was a conflict at time of pick up that could not be resolved and we both agreed to not move forward with the transaction. Response from twowheelsfutureuncertain: Sometimes $h1t happens. Though I was at the pickup location as scheduled, a leaking master cylinder ensured that Todd's fancy "Bagger/Chopper" remained at the shop as I continued on. This wasn't Todd's fault, and certainly not mine, this begs the question, Why must it look as if I'm to blame? Uship's cancellation process/records leave much to be desired.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped No longer purchasing this motorcycle. Response from twowheelsfutureuncertain: Everything on my end was in order to transport this bike. I find it rather perverse that I am forced to wear a scarlet letter for a cancellation after absorbing the entirety of the fiscal, and scheduling, blow.
