After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Very rude with a slight chance mad at the world syndrome not only that drama queens

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The mover said he was going to show up at 9am on the date. At around noon we finally heard from him and he would not tell us where he was or give us an estimate about what time he would be here. Therefore the parties agreed to cancel the move
