The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time After 2 weeks of waiting for Christine Friend to accomodate my shipment, she was unable to do it herself so apperantly she was looking for other drivers that would do it for her. I went ahead and found someone on my own thru google and booked he shipment and got it picked up and delivered in one day.

In all fairness, the shipper was unable to be contacted which in turn held me up for getting this loaded. My driver had no information to get to the house other than just stop and ask! Nelson then wanted him to just enter the property and remove the machine without anyone being there. This was not picked up and delivered in the same day as this is over 1100 miles! I tried to get another truck to go in there, but Nelson found another one. He chose to cancel with me and pay more with the others.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I had placed the ad and mis-calculated the weight of the equipment i needed shipped, by a significant amount that was completely my fault. And which point Floyd did everything possible to accommodate but ended up being impossible.
