We specialize in inside delivers. We also provide packing, we do it all. We always pad and shrink wrap what's needed before it goes onto our truck for a safe trip. We do pet transport on small to medium animals. We do car transport with enclosed trailers all over the US. We are based out of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota and we also do have several other locations in Minnesota. Our main warehouse location is in St. Paul, MN. We are fully licensed and insured. I was very pleased with this experience. My mother sold her house and wanted to ship 3 pieces of furniture to her grandaughter in Florida. I posted the shipment on UShip and was very happy with the response, price and communication I recieved from them. They worked with me on pick-up and delivery dates and kept in touch. The shipment arrived in good condition as scheduled. I would use them again. CH

While the end result was that Cowboy was delivered safe;his food dish, and carrier were not with him. The email updates were regular, but when a breakdown in the truck caused a delay and some concern,the request for phone updates were all but ignored. Neither I nor my daughter received any phone calls through the whole situation. There was a loss of temper on both sides, my daughter and the driver delivering the dog. This was due to the demand for full payment, without complete delivery.

We dis-agree with the customer.Yes our truck did break down and we had to have our truck and trailer towed back to MN from FL.The items were on the trailer,there was no way of getting the things to her at the same time of delivery for Cowboy.Also the customer told us Cowboy would go up for adpotion if not pick up by certain date in FL.We made sure we picked him up on time.We made special trips to complete this.They were fully updated daily on Cowboy.Cowboy and all the items have been delivered.

The movers were wonderful. It was a complicated move because some things were going to storage and some things were going to different floors of the condo. They took everything in stride. They were on time, and they worked very very hard with no down time. I'd recommend them and use them again.

Rating: Negative Left for: Lucy0914 (-1) On: 8/10/2009 For: Transport Cowboy To His Owner	We delivered Cowboy at a earlier date and the items at a later date because of a truck break down.Customers are not understanding,they were mad about the items arriving at a later date and we made special trips to complete this.Also at the time of delivery of Cowboy they picked what they wanted to pay.They were suppose to pay $150 until the rest of delivery of the items and they only would pay what she wanted $100.Cowboy arrived home safely and so did the items at later date.They were still mad.

The day before we were gonna pick up, our truck broke down. The ford dealerships results are that our motor is blown, oil and antifreeze are mixing. We have no other truck in FL that can pick up right now, it would take a week or two before we could get this completed. Customer would like this done right way.
