Automobile transport company. We transport vehicles coast to coast. We have 3-2000 freightliners 2-2005 freightliners 1-2004 peterbilt all 10 car open transporters. Usually someone is available 24 hours a day. Family operated business for about 14 years now. Our drivers have at least 15 years of automobile transporting. We try very hard to keep all our customers happy and we know that shipping a vehicle is a stressful time. We can make that shipment a little less stressful because we know a car is an important part of a persons life. You can check daily on the progress of your shipment because all of our trucks are equipped with a satellite tracking system.

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it item was listed as flexible. it was a urgent shipment.

We do not consider 22 days to wait for the shipment to be pick-up a flexible time frame. The service provider originally stated 11 days before pick-up, and then wanted another 7-11 days longer. We are flexible but did want the shipment moved this year. The service provider could not give us a pick-up date.

We both agreed to cancel the shipment. The service provider was very helpful and tried to accomadate our needs. Will use this provider in the future if we can.
