We were worried about moving our 14-year-old cat across the country. We drove, and Tamaneko flew with the calm and caring LuAnne Thompson. She coordinated efficiently and cheerfully with us on picking up our cat in Maryland and delivering him to Seattle. He arrived in good shape,feeling strong and confident enough to start exploring his new digs right away. We highly recommend LuAnne!

I can't say enough good things. They brought me my puppy all the way from Buffalo, NY to Seattle, WA without any problems. He was happy and healthy when she handed him to us. It was easier and less expensive than had we flown out to pick him up. She would be my first choice if I ever needed to ship a puppy again. Thanks!!!

Our family was in a position to no longer care for our Yorkie "Brownie". We were in desperate need to have him shipped to a family member miles away within a weeks time. The Thompson's eased our anxiety to entrust an online service and was able to meet our needs. Thanks LuAnna & Tom - you guys are the best!

Lu-Anne and her husband were absolutely amazing. They expressed genuine concern for my chihuahua (Liam) and did everything possible to ensure Liam felt safe and secure. Liam had just been rescued from a high-kill shelter and was overwhelmed with stress upon arriving at the airport. They kept him calm and relaxed the entire trip, which was from Los Angeles to Baltimore. And they made a point of providing me constant updates via text of his status, so as to alleviate my stress.

Luanne was amazing!! She made this an incredibly positive experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Her responsiveness to our communications was unprecident! She was truly made to do what she does. I would do it again in a heartbeat if I could handle another puppy! The scariest part about moving cross country was figuring out how to get our kitties there in the least traumatizing way possible, and from our very first communication I knew they were in good hands.
