My bike was delivered late and it had $3,300 in damage. It was picked up flawless and delivered terribly damaged. I hired Thomas on May 22, 2008. My bike did not arrive until June 18th about four weeks later. Today is August 12th three months later and my bike is still broke sitting in the garage because Thomas' insurance company is not paying the claim in a timely fashion. DO NOT HIRE THIS ONE! He is rude on the phone and will not return your phone calls once you hire him. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This guy did have damage done to his bike. I started the claim for him with my insurance co. he was happy the last time i talked with him. what i got from the lloyds of lundon was that the shipper was tring to cheat them for things to be replaced that where never damaged by my company. The ins. company told me that they were going to cover the damage that was caused by my co. there was no damage to the right side and there was no damage to the muffler. I have not had any calls from the shipper

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Title problems arose with the motorcycle, and if the deal does go through, it will be at least 6-8 weeks. Seller prevously stated vehicle had a clear title in hand, and was given a deposit, but turns out he has to apply for another title.

my Suzuki Katana was delivered in acceptable condition. Driver called one day prior to delivery. I would definately use him again.

Highly recommended, Great communication with Thomas, Excellent driver communication. and was delivered in perfect conditions right to my front door. Some minor delays, but overall outstanding and very secure. Thanks Thomas....Look forward to do business again....

This shipper did an excellent job transporting my motorcycle. He had truck problems but still delivered it on time. He had great communication with me every step of the way. I would definately ship with him again.

The bike was damaged and i got ahold of the insurance and got the claim started. never was i rude and NEVER did i not take the calls infact he told me that he would be leaving me positave feedback because my insurance was taking care of it. i will be expecting a retraction of this comment if he is at all a real man. Once in a while you get damage and that is why i pay insurance.Infact the shipper is trying to cheat my ins.co by lieing about the damag Response from shawnehodges: I called Thomas on 8/15 after receiving a rude voice mail. I offered to remove my honest feedback completely if he would simply send the remaining money that he owes me to repair my bike. Thomas was once again rude with me . He told me to remove the feedback or he would sue me and that he was not sending the money first. All he had to do was send the money that he owes as a balance to fix my bike. Now he has chosen not to resolve this matter again. This feedback is factual for public awareness.

That is how long it was going to take for the new axle to be shipped out to were the trailer was broke down. I told her the buyer of the bike that i am trying to get someone else that i work with to pick up the bike and she told me she would see if that was ok with the seller and would get back to me. then i got a canncelation letter. as far as communication went when she called i answered.she did not..... Response from lmac00: The shipper scheduled a time to pick up the bike BEFORE the trailer broke down in another state and did a no call no show to the seller - making him wait for an entire afternoon for a pick up that never happened. Neither the seller nor I was notified of the length of the delay until I made several phone calls. I understand the equipment breakdown, but the communication was not adequate.
