The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Booking was listed at $265 all inclusive sale but service provider wanted $180 extra paid in cash upon delivery. This was dishonest and felt very uncomfortable with the transaction.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My ad specified that the items should be picked up today by 4 pm or tomorrow by 1 pm, upon accepting the bid and speaking with the shipper, I learned that the shipper is unable to pick up for at least 3-5 days from now, which does not work.
I had the same problem with this same shipment the last time i listed it yesterday. And a portion of the refund was kept as uship credit to be applied toward my next job. I was ok with that, and was hoping to apply it to this same job when i relisted it. b

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I have to resolve some issues with the date the vehicle will be released to me for shipment. May need to pick up the vehicle myself. I do not know when the issue will be resolved so will need to cancel for now.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Due to power outages in New Jersey the service provider has no communication with UShip so he can't arrange the shipment. I spoke with him and he is agreeable to the cancellation, but has no computer access due to the lack of electric power in his area. I don't anticipate needing to use UShip again and the credit to my UShip account will not do me any good. Can you cancel the $58 charge comletely due to these circumstances? I received no value on this transaction

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the payment didn’t clear at Copart, have to move to later day. provider is not able to accommodate on Mon or Tue. We agreed to cancel deal. I will relist item on uship for later pickup date. Thank you

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I was able to fnd another way to get my bike delivered outside of uShip so I dont need this service anymore. This provider was really nice since the beginning and very communicative.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved REason for cancelling is that the owner of the boat I was buying can not find the title and will have to wait up to 2 months for the replacement. I have spoken directly with the service provider and he is ok with the cancellation.
