When the company left us a bid and before accepted we asked if they could handle 5 rolls in stead of 3 and the additional cost. They said they could for $25.00 more. We agreed and they issued the bid and we accepted it. The day before they said they were waiting on more deposits and they would pick up probably a day sooner, I had the company rush to get the rolls ready. The next morning he said that he did not have room and that he would retract the bid. I emailed him back about it and he respon

Buyer had to drive 700 miles to pick this kitten up. These people relisted the kitten on uship to go from their house to my kitten buyer's house. (never told anyone that they would not complete the
shipment)They stated that they were sick, but were well enough to post on uship, but not call either of us and stated on his email that once the shipment is picked him up he doesn't contact the shipper, my buyers had to pick him up from their house demanded more money. Buyers are very upset!

Response from truckindad63: I spoke to the buyers of the cat and let them know that my wife and I had just completed 1110 miles in 30 hours and were both sick and needed a day of rest.Buyers insisted on coming and picking up their cat.What took the shipper almost 3 weeks to complete,I completed within 48 hours.Buyers arrived at my house complaining about the sellers taking too long to get the cat delivered to them,no complaints about our performance.Owners were charged for miles completed.2 years with uShip and over 150 sh
