I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This guy said he would pick my vehicle up on Thursday or Friday and be back in Indiana by Sat. I gave him my phone and e-mail. Tried to call him several times. He knew I was needing it delivered by the weekend as i had a customer waiting on it. I would have gotten a cheap flight to pick it up myself, if he wasn't able to make it on time. He knew this! Now not being able to contact him at all even makes it worse. I might understand a delay. But now he has left me in the dark! And a customer still

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward This company has had my truck for going on 5 weeks, there bid was that it would be picked up with in 7 days and delivered in 7 days.
This company has failed to return my phones calls, and it wasnt until 2 weeks ago that Tracy called me and informed me that my truck was in New Mexico due to the tranport truck was down. He told me that He was sending anouther truck out on Monday Oct13 to pick my truck up and that it would be here on Sunday Oct19. I talk to Tracy on Wednesday Oct15 and he restat Response from trucker3t: Shipper refused to pay for shipping! Yes his truck sat in out bullpen awaiting delivery because we were waiting on payment. After a LONG time given and no payment recieved we returned truck to pickup location. It was obvious that he had no intention of paying for his shippping! USHIP BEWARE!!!! This is the second time he has refused payment after truck has been picked up per Express Auto Transport.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Once again we have scheduled a trip, with camper loaded and employee ready to go with to NC thinking our equipment would be delivered when we arrived.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I tried repeatedly to contact Jon to no avail. We spoke on the phone once after I called several times and he informed me that he would not be able to pick up the truck at the time we agreed to. He said he could move it the follwing week. I waited until Tuesday of the follwing week and called him and left messages at least five times and never received a call back. To date, I have not received a call from this shipper. I also emailed and still got no response. This shipper was uncommunacative

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Trucker3t was very fast and good about responding to questions during the bidding process, but right after he got the bid he could not be reached. I tried both phone and email asking to just let me know what was going on and I would be glad to work with him. I finally emailed him and left a voice message that I had contacted uship about the noncontact. The next day I received a cancellation request from him saying he was in an accident. We must have shipment before deadline or we lose our sale of our product.
trucker3t has done everything right, but we must get the load out by tomorrow (Friday) and they cannt pickup til Tuesday.
