Unfortunetly us Our 4 Pallets of Equipment arrived broken. Soley due to the fact driver did not strap the pallets to the walls of the truck properly. When truck arrived he opened the door We viewed our 2 rowers smashed into the wall half broken, the other 3 pallets were left unstraped Causing damage to all of our machines I got on the truck and viewed the machines smashed into each other causing damage to all. Cost $500+ in parts to repair. They do not own a pallet Jack a must have in trucking

This shipment was completed at the end of May and now a response in July? First of all, the items were strapped, but the driver did not load the truck. The shipper stated that the people who loaded the truck put them in too tight. The items were already on the pallet and the shipper was told that if anything was fragile, it needed to be covered and she stated that everything would be fine. More than a month and 1st bad response? We did all we could for this shipper. She was still very nice.
