I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
Shipper gave me the run around, (wouldn't answer calls, said he'd call right back and wouldn't). This went on for six days and I had to cancel another shipment because of him. After canceling other shipment, then he calls and says its ready. If he would have been open up front, cancellation could have been avoided. Not my fault, but will probaly cost me business.
