There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer stated in Uship add that this was to be p/u from and delivered to a business with a dock. Item was actually being picked up from and delivered to a residence with no forklift or dock. Extra charges for liftgates and residential fees would have substantially changed our quote. Advised customer to rebid with correct information.
