I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I booked this at the end of July. He had communitcated with me, after several attempts on my behalf, that his mother was gravely ill. I agreed to give him some more time. Since then I have sent him 4 emails and left 4 messages with this provider over the last 10 days and he has not responded. Even after giving him time due to his circumstances he has still not contacted me about this shipment. This has caused serious issues with the seller of the item I purchased.
