My entertainment center had several dents and dings and cracked off pieces of wood where the deliver people packed it badly and were sliding the pieces across the ground! right in front of me. THEY were NOT wrapped the way I way promised. I was told they would be bubble and blanket wrapped and they were not. I bought the insurance but it doesn't matter because it's not made anymore. Very Disappointed. I can see the dents in the wood when I watch TV
