This was a great experience. I didn't know how simple shipping could be! Sherman was great. He answered phone calls and emails promptly and handled everything. I would definitely do this again. When I called shippers on my own my prices were double and triple what I was able to do through Treasure Coast.

Overall experience was very good. Excellent price. Fast shipping. Minimal damage. However, communication could be better.

Extremely poor communication.
Several messages and emails not returned. 5 day delay in delivery because attempts made after hours, and phone number to me was not used. Very poor experience.

Shipper was difficult to reach and get feed back from once an issue developed. This was not a positive experience and resulted in prolonged delays and poor management on the part of Treasure Coast shipping. Poor process with paperwork and confirming of fees and charges with third party shipper. I cannot in good faith say I would use them again for anything. It may have been cheaper and quicker in the long run to meet the buyer halfway across the country and deliver the product myself.
