The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment THE SHIPPER GRAB THE BID AND DID NOT PICK UP THE CAR WHEN HE SAID THAT HE WAS GOING TO PICK IT UP I AM REQUESTING FOR MY FULL REFUND OF 100.28 THAT I PAID I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHIPPER TO NO ONE HE WAS VERY RUDE AND LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING AND WOULDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE.HE HELD THE PICKUP UP KNOWING FROM THE START THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO PICK UP THE CAR AND THEN START TELLING ALL KIND OF LIES I DON'T BELIEVE THAT HE HAVE TRUCKS RUNNING I BELIEVE THEY ARE BROKE DOWN BECAUSE HE SAID

AFTER BID ACCEPTED It was disclosed to me that the car had p/u date by 6/19 or there would be storage fees.I told her that she should CANCEL with us. We were not able to guarantee a pick-up on that date, in fact we had a 5-biz day window to pick the car up. Much to my surprise she didn't want to cancel, her reason was "it takes too long to get reimbursed from PAYPAL".I told her we had trucks "working" the area,and we'd work her in. She's a very nice lady, just a little confused.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: terrybroad5642 (2) On: 6/22/2009 For: 1993 Mercury Grand Marquis fro	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it After the BID was accepted by this Shipper, I was informed that the vehicle had to be picked up by 06/19/09 or the Shipper would have to pay storage fees to the Dealership. I immediately asked the shipper to CANCEL.I informed the shipper that I didn't want to be responsible for her accuing storage fees since I said I could pick the vehicle up within 5 business days of the BID acceptance. Which gave me up to 06/24/09. She didn't want to cancel because it takes too long to get reimbursed by PAYPAL
