Today9/14/08, I have finally given up for a booking that I accepted from this firm on 6/24....Worse than that, he has charged my credit card and u ship has taken their fee too....I have been promised with excuses and lied to many times. Beware , Beware....this James Bentley is No good , you will be conned...........

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time He would not pick up the shipment. After several attempts to reach him and and promises from him that he would take care of everything, the accumulating storage fees left me with no choice, I had to get the vehicle myself

HAD TO CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT AND REPORT THIS BOAT STOLEN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED 70 DAYS AFTER BOOKING THE SHIPMENT, BOAT ARRIVED DAMAGED AS WELL, THIS IDIOT WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THAT HE WILL HAVE IT THERE "IN A FEW DAYS" AND NEVER DOES. THIS WAS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A SHIPPER, AND I DO THIS EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE, SO YOU CAN IMAGINE. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE EXPERIENCE I HAD. I HAD TO SEND MY BUYER $2,000 TO PREVENT BEING SUED OVER THIS!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I called a few times and spoke with merlie who told me that his drover James was in houston and picking our truck up in a few days and never did I called several times and got the same excuse after a while I never got a call back.
