No Detailed Feedback Available Deb was wonderful thru out the process providing updates whenever she stopped to refuel. She also followed thru with a personal thank you. Deb understands customer service. I would use her to haul my horses again and I'd highly recommend her!

My experience with this driver was excellent! Deb made sure my horse was safe, and warm, she was on time, was extremely professional. I had special needs with flexibility and she was extremely courteous and I will use her again.

Lots of confusion at the auction and the horse ended up needing an unexpected layover due to paperwork delays. The hauler was very careful and attentive to my horse through the whole process. I would use her again.

Debbie just hauled my horse a 4 yr old with limited trailer experience to a level 1 -2 Parelli Clinic an hour and a half away. We did well. Debbie was punctual, experienced and very helpful. The trailer is large and Gunther acted very comfortable getting on. Am using her again next month. MARY

I set a time for pickup. Luciana loaded well for her first time trailering. I made frequent stops to check on her condition and called the customer after each stop to let him know how she was doing. I delivered her that night and stayed long enough to make sure that she was readjusted to her new surroundings. I always provide water from her original destination so that she would not get an upset stomach, again to help with the transition. She did very well and I was complimented on her care

It was a pleasure with working with Paulette... I was in constant phone contact with them from pick up to delivery and again I called them to check on the mule after it was delivered...payment was made ontime and it was a pleasure to work with both the seller and buyer.

Delivered rescue horse from New Holland to Erie, PA. I was paid in full upon delivery of the horse and the customer was pleased with my trailer and my communication with her. There was a problem with uSHIP on posting the correct customers phone #, however, it was solved through email correspondence.
