I use a high end 44' pace enclosed race car hauling trailer with a 2008 dodge ram 3500 dually. I Am very dependable and responsible. Very nice to work with. Communication was not as good as I would have liked but he is on the road constantly so I can understand. He did respond to my communications. Time line veried from original bid but not a huge deal. I would contact again should the need arise.

Service Provider was no longer able to accommodate this shipment I expect the shipper to honor the contract and to make whatever arrangements are necessary to perform on the contract. If the shipper does not perform and complete the delivery of my truck, I will be forced to find another way to ship the truck and will file a lawsuit for any damages I may incur.

This guy is just plain crazy and has no idea what he can and cant do...I tried to work something out with him and when he started talking to me about a law suit I just decided he was nutts wished him all the best of luck with the shipment...Funny how he thinks he can sue someone for something they did not do...I discussed it with uship and they even told me to just cancel the order......He probably still hasnt shipped it because anybody who talks to him will know he is in his own little world.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to one of his drivers resigning at the last minute, they were unable to meet our deadline which was between 1/31 - 2/03. We understand that things happen. However, we planned the rest of our move after booking the shipment and now don't have anyone to leave our vehicles with. Other than that, Joe is friendly and professional. The rate he gave us was unbeatable and we appreciate his time.

While the shipment was delayed Joe communicated honestly and effectively about the issue then worked diligently to get the job done. I would both use him again and recommend him to others.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled The carrier was very clearly informed about the size and weight of the bus. He scheduled a date for pick up but later informed me that he had got into an accident and wants to delay the pick up for two weeks until he fixes the trailer. He has been promising me all along that he would perform the service and that he has the right equipment for the service. I want you to look into the matter and refund my deposit immediately. The initial reason I could not get to this vehicle was because my driver quit on me with no notice and left me hanging with all of his pickups which I am still in the process of doing.....However then I realized that the shipper misprinted in stating that the bus was 5000lbs, when it actually weighs closer to 20k, in which my vehicle will not pull and also due to its size requires permits because of the height it would be at once on a trailer....

Shipper was courteous and responsive. Shipping trailer is first class. Shipment was delayed due to truck mechanical problem. Shipper kept me informed of the situation and we arranged an alternative arrival date. I would highly recommend this shipper and will use them again

Very nice guy and called all the time to give me update on his situation. There was a little mechanical delay on his side, but his communication was very thorough and would enjoy doing business with him again...
