The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The communication was poor and unprofessional with the provider. I never once received a return phone call and had to back and forth on email about information that could have been easily settled in one phone call. Doesn't work on my end. Please refund the deposit to our account. Bob

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider scheduled me for 2- 3 separate pick ups and was not able to perform. They put a hold on my funds before the 1st scheduled pick up date and did not communicate with me effectively. We were talking vi phone and when they were unable to come they sent emails when I am not abe to read everyday. I also have had to put my items in storage which has cost addtl fees for a truck rental and storage facility. I would like a refund on all monies even the deposit.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I spoke with the service provider last week and was told I my shipment would be picked up on Sunday 6/29/2008. I was told I would receive a call back after the provider determined the time for pickup since they were figuring out the appropiate route in line with other shipments. This was acceptable to me as I am flexible on pickup and delivery times. No call was made to me, I made several calls, left several voice messages, as well as two emails. I have not even received a curdosy call back

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved By the end of the June, I have to vacate my apartment, need to ship my stuff the date we discussed with Transitiondelivery. They already changed one date from June 29th to June 28, I agreed with them. This is not fair with me, I have very small kids, what should I do, if they cancel at the end of the moment. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. I WANT TO KNOW IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE THE RESPONSIBLE, IF THEY DOES AT THIS MOMENT.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately my customer demanded a ship date that couldn't be worked in to the Transition Delivery schedule. They are great people and I wish we could have completed the transaction but it just didn't work out this time. I ended up going with a national carrier that charged an arm and a leg but, "the customer's always right" I guess... Thanks for your understanding. John
