Do not use this service provider. They are criminals. They "accidentally" charged my credit card 3 days early (before the shipment). Then the driver supposedly got sick. For 6 weeks they said "I'm creating the new schedule for delivery". When I gave up, I asked for a refund. For the next 2 weeks, they claimed they were filling out the paperwork for reimbursement, but my credit card was never reimbursed. Now they do not respond to any emails or pick up the phone. Do NOT use this "company".

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The freight line that accepted our quote never showed up for pickup and does not return our e-mails and does not answer his phone. We have really tried for more than a month to get them to react but no luck. I am fed up.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have been calling transitiondelivery and no one ever picked up the phone. I have also emailed them for three times and still I could not get a response to schedule my move.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
We are waiting for shipment at 6am like promised..no truck...no shipment. Kelly will not answer phone, email, or text message. What A JOKE!! This service provider has wasted my time and money. Kelly is only responsive before she gets your MONEY then she will ignore you. You cant trust her. 3 schedulings were made and each one fell through..her repsonse time is slow and unorganized. I think they should reconsider providing service. My recommendation find a better provider.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Service provider will not return repeated phone calls and emails, billed my credit card more than double the correct amount, never sent promised paperwork, and has not been able to commit to a pick up date despite weeks of requests. I have documentation of all these statements if required. Does not seem to be a professional shipping company. Very disappointed.

This service provider never showed up on the scheduled pickup date, nor did they return any of my phone calls or emails asking where they were. They were paid by my employer, and then we never heard from them again.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
They charged my credit card BEFORE performing the service. Then, they neglected to call and even schedule a pickup of the shipment. I have tried to contact them multiple times via phone and email and have not received a response.
