After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The reason sited above states that the shipment was misrepresented. While there were more items, I would have only expected them to take the items we had agreed upon if there was a lack of room. We had discussed this on the phone.
As for the rest of it, I will just say that there are two sides to every story. Had they not cancelled themselves, I would not have kept them on the shipment due to the level of professionalism and care shown toward the shipment.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The disreputable, selfish, and impatient seller of the bike I ordered said he had not heard from trail of treasures until this morning and meanwhile already sold it to another buyer locally after agreeing to sell it to me. Unfortunately there is no longer a bike to pick up.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I sent a reply to the support team, please read that. It will explain. I would like a 100% refund and would like to relist item. When i typed in zip code 18401 it should have been Greenfield,Indiana not Greenfield,Wisconsin. Shipper said they would still ship for more money,i asked via email last night and called both Kym & Eric about 10:40am today to ask,how much more, it took about 24 hours to recieve an answer of a upcharge of $130. on top of the agreed $179.99.They would not cancel last nite Response from trailoftreasures: Clearly he has no concept of how Uship works. We did a book it now for $160 (leaving us with only $139.36 after Uship fees) to move an acrade game 348 miles). Now its going from Greenfield, IN (instead of Greenfield, WI)whic is another 295 miles). We are not sure the extra $19.99 was for? Uship fee? What are we suppose to do the addition miles for no charge? He listed the ad wrong, we did nothing wrong but try to help him get his acrade game moved, as we will be in the Indy area next week

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Response from trailoftreasures: Seller was unavailable for us to pick up. He told us the night before he was going to take it to work with him. The next day he wanted us to wait until after 6pm to pick up even though he knew we were coming through his area first thing in the morning (between 10am and 11am). Not Dan's fault.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved payment for vehicle has not arrived have no clue where the money is could be two weeks according to the post office until payment can be found. I guess I will have to relist for biding if and when the vheicle is paid for

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Rather than pay for a day of storage fees out of their own pocket, this shipper has bailed on the entire shipment it appears, leaving us no choice but to try to find a replacement under short notice, which judging by the bids received will end up costing us between 75-150. If you a business that ships a lot, AVOID this carrier. VERY disappointed that this shipper couldn't take care of business instead of dumping the load. Other shippers we use would have still handled the load despite emergency. Response from trailoftreasures: Jim, we are sorry that you feel this way about our company. We live in WI, our 6 year old daughter was taken to the emergency room late on Christmas night. We notified you before any of our family. We can not be in KY with a 6 year old in the hospital. So, no we are not going to commit to the storage fees, out of our own pocket, not knowing when we could get there. You said by the 27th. We gave you as much notice as possible. This business man is quite rude - read his reply to others.
