This guy told so many lies, I wouldn't use him again if he was free. The boat was finally delivered, but I ended up waiting in a hotel for days listening to his excuses and lies.

Why?? I accepted this bid to ship the Motorcycle from Montana to California, and They bid very good price, but they didn't pick up over 3months.....
So I canceled them... Beware.

Our boat was never shipped by the company and we are now negotiating to get our money back. They misrepresented what they could do, delayed repeatedly and it finally became obvious they never knew what they were doing concerning transporting our boat. We hope an agreeable solution will be made.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Had a terrible experience. They bid on my job which clearly had a date requirement, then after I accepted thier bid, they told me they cold not do the job till a week after I needed it done. By the time I finally got a hold of them, it was too late to select another shipper, taking $ out of the pocket of reputable shippers.
The person who accepted the bid was someone other then the person who does scheduling (central dispatch office) and refused to take responsibility

I accepted this bid to move my trailer from Chicago to California and stated I was in no hurry to have it moved, but that I needed it within a month. After several follow up phone calls the first three weeks I was informed they were still trying to find a driver in my location. After the third week I called and said I only had one week left before I needed the trailer. Still trying to find a driver in the area. I had to re-list with another shipper in order meet my delivery deadline. Beware.

Boat arrived safely. Charles worked through some serious personnel issues with his driver. He had to send a second driver to complete shipment and minimize delay. I was appreciative to have received boat prior to the 4th of July.

ON JUNE 7, 2006 I WIRED $2,500.00 DEPOSIT TO TRAILER TRANSPORTATION. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY THEM AFTER THAT, I ALWAYS CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID DRIVER COULD NOT BE CONTACED BY THEM OR DRIVERS WIFE. AFTER WAITING ABOUT 2 WEEKS I CANCELLED THE MOVE WITH CHARLES AT LOAD BOARD AND HAVE NOT YET GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK. THEY NOW CLAIM THAT THEIR COMPUTER CRASHED. SINCE SO MANY OTHER HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM I HAVE BEEN GIVEN PERMISSION BY JESSICA TO LEAVE MY E-MAIL ACEXPORTER@AOL.COM

this shipper was requested as every other shipper to conferm deposit transfer numbers because bookkeeping caught a virus and lost three files and deposits was one of them and he has refused to supply number and if he would his deposit would be sent back to him./secondly this shipper cancelled because the driver broke his phone and the shipper couldn't keep on top of him every minute and stated so to dispatch that he needed to know where his boat was at any time of day after pickup/turned out tha

The driver has no responsibility for this negative feedback. The Broker/dispatch are totally unresponsive. Will not call back, have claimed that they will pick up my boat for almost a week and 1/2, yet today, I am still unable to communicate with them, their inbox is full, so there is no way to leave a message. I am so glad that I did not mail or wire a deposit. We agreed to have a cashiers check at the pickup point, and they agreed. Now I have lost a over a week, and have to start over.

this shipper did not conferm his deposit by a copy of the deposit to Load Board International as he stated he would which kept his shipment in booking and not sent to dispatch and was told every time he called he must complete booking before dispatch gets the shipment by phone and email/the shippers own statement in this feedback conferms that he did not complete booking/"I am so glad that I did not mail or wire a deposit."this is a example of what will happen if you don't do what you say you wi
