We have been trying to get in touch with customer for payment. He sent payment through paypal by e-check for non suffient funds. We have left messages, emails & re-submit request for payment & no response yet!

Unbelievable is the first thing that comes to mind. First I try to call them and the first number is disconnected, the second number I got for them sounded like a personal phone voicemail, very unprofessional. I wouldn't use these people again if it was free! Low-life individuals. Oh, and of course I paid them through PayPal like I was suppposed to and my PayPal says they were paid. WARNING! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!
