How dare you? Before we even picked up your pillow and ottoman I personally made you aware that our truck was going to LA where it would make deliveries and then reload for the trip to FL where the truck would stop in Dallas to drop your ottoman and pillow. You made it clear that time was of no issue for the delivery. I have that email from you directly. You just wanted it picked up and taken out of your place because you apartment was so tiny. Now you have tarnished my reputation here.
