No Detailed Feedback Available Member failed to communicate. Boat was picked up on Monday but not delivered until 10:30PM Friday night. Delivery date was not critical but they never called to let me know. I asked for insurance cerfiication and after 3 trys only the Florida auto insurance indification card was faxed. I had no proof if my $20,000 boat was insured. The boat was delivered in acceptable conditional.

WRONG AGAIN, WE COMMUNICATED FROM THE TIME I PICKED BOAT UP , ALSO HE FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THE TRAILER SHORTED OUT COMPUTER IN TRUCK WHEN CONNECTION WAS MADE WITH HIS TRAILER, THAT IS WHY BOAT WAS DELAYED UNTIL FRIDAY EVENING.INS. INFO WAS FAXED BUT WAS BLURRY SO FAXED WHAT I HAD IN TRUCK FROM DEALER.SHIPPER KNEW EXCATLY WHEN BOAT WOULD ARRIVE!!!.ABOVE ALL NICE PEOPLE. AFTER ALL CANNOT STAY ON PHONE 24 HRS. A DAY WHEN DRIVING!!!!???

Everything went fairly well. We agreed that my dog would be delivered on Monday Sept 1st and he didnt get home until Tuesday Sept 2nd but over all it was a good experience

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Bob is a disreputable person that took a 50% deposit and then never showed up to pick up our boat, leaving my father to transport the boat personally to Florida. Bob of Towtime changed the pick up date multiple times and missed each one over a three day period and then never showed up at all. I chose him over two other bids because I talked to him and trusted him. I will not make that mistake again and neither should anyone else.

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved This provider is no good. he promised to pick-up and deliver right away. After he is supposed to be here he then requests a deposit. I make the deposit and then he tells me his email is not valid and has been hacked. He is a scamer. BEWARE

the shipper is a scammer himself. he has no feedback at all. same shipment was canceled by two providers.led me to believe something was wrong.email is valid if he could read!he made a deposit so he states. did not go to me ,if there even was a deposit!i don't scam. then comes the threatening phone calls, real good person for uship or any other web site!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After communicating with the service provider that my shipment needed to be delivered by a certain date he acknowledged and lead me to believe he could make the delivery. Two days later he contacted me via e-mail saying he was unsure he could make the delivery.

i advised customer to the fact that i would need a return trip to fl. and he could not wait.i told him it would be at least two days before i could leave, he asked me a question and did not wait for a reply before he accepted my bid.
