We are professional horseman with over 40 years experience. We were uShips #1 ranked Horse Hauler for 2010,holding that top ranking 7 of 12 months last year. We have been in the top ranking several times in 2012 We have resently received some bad and undeserved feedback. First of all every horse has access to water 24/7, second if the owners don't prepare their horses for travel by giving them electrolites,sometimes they will not drink as much as they should.At such time WE provide electrolites. Problem with this is, they take time to work, so many horses will drink excesively once they are delivered, giving the impression they did not have water on the trip. We have several rest points set up all across the USA. We also have shipment tracking so you will be able keep track of your horse for the entire trip. I have also extensive studies in Equine nutrition and emergency treatments, so you may feel safe while your horse is in our care.

Kevin did a great job. Communication was a little hard as he was coming from Calif. and there are lots of cell phone zones that are dead. I would not hrsitate to use him again.

I would most certainly use this shipper again. TotalEquine shipped my chairs for a great rate on very little notice and got them to their destination just in time. Plus he was a nice guy and communicated with me throughout the entire process.

It was brutally hot over 100 and close to 110 some days of the haul. So slow was the best for the horses I had on board. So thanks for noticing my concern for your horse.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time He has had trailer trouble, in louisiana and not messed up trailer headed to shop again. Was suppose to pick up mare sat evening or Sunday AM. Now he is headed to shop in seguin TX and still hasn't picked up bastrop horse yet. Both people oon receiving and orgin of pick up will be unavailable now. I am afraid of another breakdown with a mare and 2 mth old baby in 100 deg weather.

He accepted the 'book it now' with no intention or plan to complete the transport. This carrier discredits UShip and should not be allowed to bid for loads.

Actually the uniqueness of this load and the challenge to be able to load into my equipment made it VERY unsafe to transport. When I bid on this I thought I could make it worrk but my side entry with ramp was not designed for the weaght of the fork lift. My rear entry was too narrow.
