The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
Customer listed the shipment as crated. After speaking to the shipper, found the item was on a pallet. This changes the class from 77.5 to class 100 which in turn changes the price. Could not reach the customer. Shipper rudely stated he could have it shipped at class 65 (farm equipment, which is not the correct class) and hung up the phone.
